Business Continuity Plan Activation Due to COVID-19
At First Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, staff and communities are a top priority. During times of uncertainty, First Bank is dedicated and able to implement a timely response plan to meet the needs of our customers and staff. With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation escalating, be assured that First Bank is taking the necessary steps to ensure that our banking services are available to our customers. In an effort to follow the social distancing recommendations of the CDC, we have decided to close the lobby of each branch office effective Monday, March 23, 2020, until further notice. The drive thru will remain open during regular business hours. We are taking these precautionary measures to ensure we are following best practices to mitigate risks for our staff and customers.
For the next couple of weeks, we would like to strongly encourage you to use our digital tools and other self-service banking resources for 24/7 account access. Using electronic means such as online banking and the use of your debit card to make purchases is a much more safe and sanitary method to conduct business rather than using cash.
First Bank currently offers:
- Online Banking with Bill Pay services
- First Bank Go Mobile Banking Application (found in the app store and google play)
- ATMs (All branches have ATMs)
